FAQ

Do parents only see their own child?

Yes. Each access code opens only that child’s album and the group photos of their group. With several codes, parents see all their children in one gallery.

How does automatic sorting work?

Before each child, you photograph their access card with its QR code. On upload, IMAGEvault sorts the photos by capture time, recognises the cards and places each photo in the album of the child photographed last. The card photos themselves aren’t uploaded.

Where are the children’s photos stored?

In data centres in the EU (EU jurisdiction), delivered via Cloudflare’s global network. School and nursery galleries show no cover image and no preview when shared, and are blocked from search engines. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is included.
